Janmanas strongly believes that the change and developmental process should be lead by the common people and the role of associate’s organization should be of a facilitator. Promoting and strengthening community based organization and a local voluntary organization with wide view is an important strategy. This is a process that empowers the community, develops leadership at grassroots level along with establishment of grassroots level democracy.
